Customer Satisfaction Index Survey (CSS) 2024/25
Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) in collaboration with MTA/LIAM/PIAM has appointed NielsenIQ Malaysia to conduct the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) 2024/25 from November 2024 to March 2025. This survey aims to measure customer satisfaction with Insurance and Takaful services, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to the Customer Service Charter (CSC). Participation is voluntary but valuable for enhancing service quality. Customers may be randomly contacted via phone for feedback. We thank you in advance for your participation.
Implementation of e-Invoicing
In line with the Government's plan, Zurich Malaysia will be implementing e-invoicing from 1 August 2024 and start issuing validated e-Invoices to customers for all transactions starting 1 July 2025 onwards.
