With Zurich’s 1-Hour Express Approval, you can now submit your motor accident claims up to RM3,000 through WhatsApp with just a few simple steps, whenever and wherever you are.

If the claim amount is above RM3,000, what do I need to do?
Express Claim is not allowed if the claim amount is above RM3,000, please send your vehicle to Zurich’s authorised panel workshop. Visit www.zurich.com.my/panelworkshops for the list of panel workshops.

If my Private Car policy/certificate is not insured/covered on Agreed Value basis, can I submit Express Claim?
No, please continue your claims process via Zurich’s authorised panel workshop.

For Express Claim, do I need to go to a panel workshop after receiving the claim payment?
No, you may choose to repair your vehicle at your preferred workshop.

Do I need to lodge a police report?
• If it is a self-accident (only involves your vehicle), police report is not required.
• If the accident involves third party (damage to property or injury to any person), a police report is required. -
Upon Express Claim approval, I have identified additional parts to be repaired. What should I do?
• The initial claim will be processed as part of the Express Claim.
• The additional parts will be processed as a supplementary claim. Please contact the claims handler managing your Express Claim for further advice.
• For supplementary claim, you need not go to a Zurich’s authorised panel workshop. Zurich will assign an adjuster to your preferred workshop if the need arises.
• The name, contact number and email address of the claims handler is stated in the offer letter issued in the initial claim. -
Can the claim be paid to another person’s bank account?
No, the payment is only to your bank account.
If you do not have a bank account, you will need to send the vehicle to Zurich’s authorised panel workshop. Visit www.zurich.com.my/panelworkshops for list of panel workshops.

Is there any Private Use Vehicle that is not eligible for Express Claim?
• Express Claims is not applicable to Proton, Perodua, Mitsubishi and Honda vehicles age 0 to 5 years.
• Express Claim is not applicable to Private Use Vehicle which is registered under company name.
