Discontinuation of Cash Payments for Life Insurance Premium and Family Takaful Contribution
At Zurich Malaysia, the safety and wellbeing of our employees, distributors/agents, customers and all those around us continue to be our top priority.
To minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission from cash handling, all payment counters at Zurich branches nationwide will stop accepting CASH PAYMENTS for Life Insurance premiums and Family Takaful contributions effective 1 October 2020.

Sign up / Log in to MyZurichLife to make payment online from your Current Account / Savings Account via FPX or with your Debit / Credit card
- Log-in to MyZurichLife
- Click "MyPayment" tab.
- Select the policy that you wish to pay and key in “Payment Amount”.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Click "Confirm”.
- Complete the payment transaction.
- If you have selected the credit card option, you can check the 'Recurring' box if you wish to enrol for auto debit recurring payments.*
- Click "Submit" to complete the payment process.
- Download / print the Acknowledgement Slip.

You can now do a one-time registration for automatic recurring billing. We will automatically deduct your premium from your current/savings account (CASA) or local bank credit card.
Here are the steps to sign up for DirectDebit :
Step 1: Click on DirectDebit above and fill in your details. Then, click Submit.
Step 2: Complete your Personal Details and Payment Details. Your current email address and handphone number are required for acknowledgement purposes.
Step 3: Click Proceed.
Step 4: Select your preferred payment method.
Step 5: Complete the transaction.
Step 6: Download the E-Receipt for future reference.

How can I check the payment status for my life insurance premiums / family takaful contributions?

Alternatively, you may log-in to MyZurichLife to check your payment status after 3 working days.
Will there be any receipt issued?
No receipt will be issued for payment method via the Internet Banking, Auto Debit Deduction and ATM Banking. You are advised to check your online transaction history or bank / credit card statement.
The official receipt for payments made via cheques will be sent to the last known address of the policy / certificate holder. If your address has changed, please notify us.
