To serve you better, we have appointed Integrated Health Plans (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (IHP Malaysia) as our new third-party administrator for medical claims effective 15th September 2020.

Note: If you are our General Insurance / General Takaful’s group policyholder / group certificate holder, these changes will only take effect upon your next group insurance / group takaful renewal.
Note: For General Insurance and General Takaful customers, your letter will be delivered by your intermediaries or send to your nearest branch.
We are thrilled to announce that our Third- Party Administrator (TPA) – Integrated Health Plans (IHP), has just introduced IHP Health Concierge, a brand- new mobile app designed to elevate your overall experience with a host of improved features!
The existing mobile app will cease to function effective 1st September 2024.
