Change of Medical Claims Third Party Administrator

To serve you better, we’ve appointed MiCare (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (MiCare) as our new third-party administrator for medical claims starting 3 December 2024 for Zurich General Insurance and Zurich General Takaful.

For Zurich Life Insurance and Zurich Takaful, Integrated Health Plans (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (IHP Malaysia) will continue to serve you.

We’ve included a letter and a set of frequently asked questions (FAQs) below to help you better understand this enhanced initiative.

Note: If you are our General Insurance / General Takaful’s group policyholder / group certificate holder, these changes will only take effect upon your next renewal.

IHP concierge

We are thrilled to announce that our Third- Party Administrator (TPA) – Integrated Health Plans (IHP), has just introduced IHP Health Concierge, a brand- new mobile app designed to elevate your overall experience with a host of improved features!

The existing mobile app will cease to function effective 1st September 2024.
