Change of Medical Claims Third Party Administrator

To serve you better, we’ve appointed MiCare (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (MiCare) as our new third-party administrator for medical claims starting 15 April 2025 for Zurich Life Insurance and Zurich Takaful. Until 14 April 2025, IHP (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will continue to assist you with hospitalisation services.

For Zurich General Insurance and Zurich General Takaful, MiCare (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (MiCare) will continue to serve you.

Note: If you are our General Insurance/General Takaful group policyholder/certificate holder, these changes will only take effect upon your next renewal.

Zurich MyMed

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Mobile App, Zurich MyMed, by our new Third-Party Administrator (TPA). Designed specifically for our valued customers in Malaysia, ZurichMyMed is here to enhance your insurance and takaful experience.

Starting 3 December 2024, Zurich General Insurance and Zurich General Takaful can conveniently access and manage their accounts through the app.

For Zurich Life Insurance and Zurich Takaful customers, we are excited announce that you will be able to start logging into the app from 15 April 2025. With Zurich MyMed, managing your insurance and takaful has never been easier! You can continue using the IHP Health Concierge app until 14 April 2025.
