Key functions

Digital and Face to Face Learning and Development Programs

We offer access to digital learning platform such as LinkedIn Learning that hosts more than 16,000 on demand e-learning modules. At the same time, employees are encouraged to attend professional and soft skills development programs that are organized either face to face or virtually. These development programs help our employees stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in their fields.

Leadership assessment and development

We offer leadership development programs that are organized either globally or locally to help our employees develop the skills that they need to take on leadership roles in the future.

Mentorship Programmes

We have a variety of mentorship programmes in Zurich Malaysia. One of them is APAC MyGuru Mentoring- a mentoring network designed to foster leadership development, promote cultural exchange, facilitate cross-generational connections, and provide guidance on personal growth. Through these mentorship programs, we pair employees with seasoned mentors who share their knowledge, insights, and expertise to support and guide their professional development.

Breakthru is our internal program which empowers the employees to come up with ideas to make positive change happen in the organization. In 2022, we had around 1,000 ideas submitted across the region, a third of which had been implemented or are in implementation.
