Zurich Malaysia Relocates to a World Class Green City
– Zurich Malaysia has officially announced its head office relocation to Mercu 3 of KL Eco City (KLEC). With the move, all Zurich Malaysia’s entities – Zurich General Insurance Malaysia Berhad, Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad, Zurich Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad, Zurich Takaful Malaysia Berhad, Zurich Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Zurich Shared Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd are now housed under one roof, a significant milestone in the Swiss-based insurer’s journey in the country.
The latest head office relocation signifies Zurich’s ongoing ambitions to have more dynamic, eco-friendly workspaces that promote transit connectivity and sustainability for its employees and stakeholders.
Zurich Malaysia’s new head office occupies the top eight floors of Mercu 3, with a footprint of 112,000 square feet. Each floor is installed with smart motion sensors in its lighting and air conditioning systems, allowing the company to increase cost savings through efficient energy management.
Located in a MSC and Green Building Index status building, a fresh open workplace concept is incorporated at the new office. This modern setting enables the employees to cultivate better collaboration with each other and craft new innovative ideas that will further boost Zurich’s productivity and profile.
