Enhancement on Auto Debit Billing

Auto Debit Service Updates (EasyPay)

Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Zurich Malaysia as your preferred insurance and takaful provider.

In line with our continuous effort to serve you better, Zurich Malaysia will be undergoing an enhancement exercise for our credit/debit card auto debit services (Easy Premium/Contribution Payment) billing from the weekly billing process to daily billing. Billing will be initiated every working day starting 22 August 2022. The payment with due date of T+2 from the billing date will be selected for the daily billing. The auto debit service under PayNET Direct Debit remains unchanged with the current weekly billing.

Please be advised that this enhancement includes changing of the existing auto debit from the current rejects counts to a maximum of 45 (forty-five) consecutive rejects. In addition, any new auto debit registrations (for Life customers) made on or after 1 September 2021 will be updated with a maximum of 2 (two) successful deductions in a month to enable the payment updating up to the current due date should there are any pending payments for previous due.

Rest assured that all commercial arrangements such as fees and charges, your payment instruction(s) and its debiting account will remain the same. We will continue to make effect the transactions and/or request for payment from your existing authorised account number(s) according to the mandate given.

In line with our continuous effort to serve you better, Zurich Malaysia will be undergoing an enhancement exercise for our auto debit services billing from the current frequency to weekly billing process. Billing will be initiated every Monday (next working day if falls on a public holiday) of the week starting September 2021. The payment with due date of T+7 from the billing date will be selected for the weekly billing.

Please be advised that this enhancement includes changing of our customer existing auto debit from the current rejects counts to 6 (six) consecutive rejects. In addition, any new auto debit registrations (Life) made on or after 1 September 2021 will be updated with maximum of 2 (two) successful deductions in a month to enable the payment updating up to the current due date should there are any pending payment for previous due.

Rest assured that all commercial arrangements such as fees and charges, your payment instruction(s) and its debiting account will remain the same.
