BTO_Work

The BTO work protocol is carefully designed to minimise your risks of potential COVID-19 infection. Therefore, it is important that you adhere to what is issued to all employees. Your line manager and/or Head of Department will brief you on the respective work arrangements.

HEAD OFFICE BRANCHES
  • Working Hours: Please stick to your selected/allocated 'shift' under the staggered working hours arrangement. You must not enter any Zurich premises prior to, and leave no later than your 'shift' time. Staying back is discouraged until further notice.
  • BTO Work Phases: Be aware of which category you fall under i.e. Essential Services Team (EST), Critical Services Team (CST) or Business As Usual Team (BAU). The BTO work phases will be organised along these categories.
  • Split Operations: Employees will be segregated into two separate groups and these two groups are NOT allowed to be together in the same location at any time.
  • Office Sanitisation: Take note that the office will be sanitised 4 times daily; touch points e.g. door handles, light switches etc. will be sanitised frequently.
  • Working Hours: Please adhere to the standard working hours.
  • Operating Hours: Please refer to BTO Work Phases in the Employee Updates section.The operating hours for branches will be consistent for both customers and agents.
  • BTO Work Phases and Split Operations: Be aware of when you should return to the branch to work. You will be updated accordingly by the management.
  • Office Sanitisation: Take note that the customer service / banking areas will be sanitised 4 times daily whereas the back office and agency office's common areas will be sanitised 2 times daily; touch points e.g. door handles, QMS machines etc. will be sanitised frequently.
