What is DoctorOnCall?

DoctorOnCall is Malaysia’s first online medical consultation platform that allows customers to consult doctors through a phone call, purchase medications with direct delivery to your doorstep, as well as schedule appointments with specialists.

  1. This campaign period is from 3 November 2020 to 31 December 2020 (both dates inclusive).
  2. Customers who purchased / signed up for any new Zurich Online Direct products will be entitled to ONE (1) FREE Annual Subscription of DoctorOnCall and a DoctorOnCall e-Pharmacy Voucher up to RM60 based on category below:

  3. Each Life Assured / Person Covered is entitled to redeem ONE (1) Annual Subscription and ONE (1) e-Pharmacy Voucher from DoctorOnCall.
  4. Gift(s) fulfilment will commence within fourteen (14) days upon successful verification by Zurich Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad (“ZLIMB”) and Zurich Takaful Malaysia Berhad (“ZTMB”).
  5. The activation of the Annual Subscription and e-Pharmacy Voucher will be communicated via email after the application is approved.
  6. The gift(s) is/are not exchangeable for cash or items in kind.
  7. ZLIMB and ZTMB reserve the right to exchange the gift with another gift of similar value at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
  8. ZLIMB’s and ZTMB’s decisions on any and/or all matters relating to this Campaign shall be binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

I am an existing customer of Zurich Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad (ZLIMB) or Zurich Takaful Malaysia Berhad (ZTMB). Am I entitled to a free DoctorOnCall subscription?

No. This free subscription is only applicable to customers who have purchased or signed up for any new Zurich Online Direct products within the campaign period.


I have purchased or signed up for more than 1 life policies or family takaful certificates with Zurich during the campaign period. How many subscriptions can I redeem?

Only 1 subscription will be given regardless of the number of life policies purchased or family takaful certificates signed up during the campaign period.


Is this free subscription applicable to all ZLIMB and ZTMB customers?

Yes. The free subscription is applicable to all ZLIMB and ZTMB customers who purchased or signed up for any new Zurich Online Direct products within the campaign period.


How do I know if I am eligible for the promotion?

You will receive an email notification with the sign-up and e-Pharmacy Voucher details if you are eligible for the promotion.


I did not receive any welcome emails or SMS. Who should I contact?

The email address I provided is incorrect. Can I change my email address?

Yes. You may inform us by dropping us an email at lifemarketing@zurich.com.my.


Can I give this subscription to my family members?

No. The subscription will be registered according to the name of the policy owner or participant.


Can my family members enjoy the services under my subscription?

Yes. Your family members may enjoy the services provided by DoctorOnCall.


How long can I enjoy this free subscription?

The free subscription is valid for 1 year from the date of DoctorOnCall registration/sign up.


What can I do if I would like to continue these services after my subscription ends?

The validity of this free subscription is 1 year. After a year, you will need to pay for the consultation fees and medication delivery fees as and when you use these services.


If I did not use this subscription within the validity period, can I extend the validity?

No. The free subscription will be automatically activated from the date of DoctorOnCall registration/sign up and is valid for 1 year. We will send an email notification to you with the login name and password.
