    Email us at employee.screening@zurich.com.my. Our Human Resource personnel will attend to your request.  
    Please submit to us the following documents for verification:

    From Financial Institutions From Non-Financial Institutions
    • Reference Template as required by Bank Negara Malaysia
    • Consent Form duly signed by Candidate(s)
    • Request Letter
    • Consent Form duly signed by Candidate(s)

    We will reply you within 15 working days from the date of receiving the complete documents from Hiring Institutions. We will disclose the relevant information on a best effort basis to Non-Financial Institutions.

  • I want to make a General Insurance / General Takaful agent reference check

    Email us at gigt.agtscreening@zurich.com.my.

    Please submit to us the following documents for verification:

    From Financial Institutions From Non-Financial Institutions
