There are several sub-departments under compliance and this give me a chance for me to communicate with different colleagues to improve my communication skill.
The colleagues in compliance are friendly and willing to teach and this makes the communication and learning process easier. The tasks given are diverse for example gap analysis, generating reports and video editing. I got to learn advanced Microsoft Excel skill, the policies that affect the operation of an insurance company, Act and policies from government that the field of insurance needed to be obey.
