This policy is designed to protect an insured in respect of his legal liability to pay compensation for accidental bodily injury or accidental damage to the property of the other person caused by or through the negligence of the insured or his employees or by any defect in the premises owned or any defects in the ways, works of the insured.
The company shall indemnify you as an Insured, against all sums which you shall become liable at law for damages and claimant's costs and expenses in respect of:
Accidental bodily injury to any person not being a member of your household or any person in your service.
Accidental damage to property not belonging to you or in your custody or control. 
Any legal expenses incurred by you in defending legal proceedings with the Zurich's written consent.
