This policy is designed to provide indemnity to you as an Employer against your liability at law and claimants' cost for bodily injuries or diseases to your Employees arising out of and in the course of their employment.
The Employer's Liability Insurance Policy indemnifies you as an Employer against liability at law to pay compensation and claimant's costs and expenses in respect of bodily injury by accident or disease to your Employees for which you are liable including costs and expenses incurred with Zurich’s written consent.
