Festive Celebrations and Community Outreach for the Elderly with Zurich Malaysia and Health Lane
– In the spirit of community and togetherness, Zurich Malaysia spreads their Chinese New Year cheer and outreach to the Yi Xing Old Folks Home in Subang Jaya, Selangor. A total of 15 employees (or ‘Zurichers’) volunteered for the community engagement to support with house cleaning at the old folks home, whilst accompanying 26 senior citizens through a series of festive activities.
The engagement also included a basic health check provided by the Health Lane Family Pharmacy team, as well as a donation handover by Zurich Malaysia of RM1,500 for the purchasing of pharmaceutical necessities.
