MyZurichLife Customer Portal Contest

For the purpose of the Register and Win Contest (“Contest”), Zurich Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad and Zurich Takaful Malaysia Berhad will also be referred to as "Zurich Malaysia". The Contest is organised by Zurich Malaysia (“Organiser”) and will run from 15th June 2022, 00:01 AM until 15th Aug 2022, 11:59 PM on a monthly basis (“Contest Period”).

A total of sixty-six (66) winners will be chosen from the pool of participants through system balloting during the Contest Period. Each winner will entitle for only one Grab e-voucher.
Winners will be notified via email to the registered email address in Zurich system after the completion of the winner selection.

- The Contest is open to all policy/certificate holders who have life/family policy/certificate with Organiser and have successfully activated their ID (new registrants only) via MyZurichLife (MZL).
- Three (3) grand prize winners for Grab e-voucher of RM50 each month and thirty (30) consolation winners for Grab e-voucher of RM25 each month who have successfully activated their ID for MyZurichLife (new registrants only) during the Contest Period on a ‘balloting’ basis.
- Each Winner is entitled for ONE (1) e-voucher during the contest period regardless of the number of policies registered with Organiser.
- The Winners’ names with partially masked NRIC number will be announced on Zurich Corporate Website and the Winners will also be notified via email.
- The Prizes cannot be exchanged or sold for cash and are non-transferable to any other person.
- The Organiser shall not be liable for any disruption to the Contest, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. In the event of disruption to the Contest, reasonable efforts shall be used to remedy the disruption and resume the Contest on a fair and equitable basis to the participants.
- By participating in this Contest, the participant hereby agreed that the Organiser may collect, obtain, store and process your personal data in accordance with current Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.
- All personal data collected will only be used for the purposes of managing and operating the Contest and not for any other purposes. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Personal Data Protection (PDP) Notice found at www.zurich.com.my/PDPA. You may also update your consent to collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for marketing purposes and/or choose to opt-out your consent from receiving any marketing material from us through forms which can be downloaded at our website and available at our branches.
