To be eligible, participants are required to select ePolicy/eCertificate ONLY during application submission AND acknowledge receipt of the ePolicy/eCertificate in MyZurichLife within 5 days upon email and SMS notification of the availability of ePolicy/eCertificate.

Eligible cases are required to be issued during the Contest Period.

Fortnightly Prize
Twenty (20) winners will be chosen every two weeks from the pool of participants that meets the qualification criteria through system balloting during the Contest Period.

Note: Each participant will only be eligible to win ONE prize

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Winners are determined by the contest officials based on the system balloting outcome.
2. The Organiser at its sole discretion has the rights to remove any entries which do not comply with the terms below.
3. The Organiser is entitled to replace the prizes with other prizes/cash of similar value at any time without any prior notice.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

1. Winners will be notified via email to the registered email address after the completion of the winner selection.
2. The Prize must be redeemed within 30 days upon notification of any winnings. Failure to redeem the Prize within the stipulated time period will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
3. The Prize cannot be exchanged or sold for cash and are non-transferable to any other person.
4. The winner must not request for hardcopy of policy contract/certificate upon being selected. Otherwise, the Organiser has, at its sole discretion to disqualify an entry or forfeit any Prizes won by the winner.
5. The Organiser has, at its sole discretion to disqualify an entry or forfeit any Prizes at any stage of the Contest, if for any reason whatsoever have reason to believe that the participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to fraud, cheating or deception.
6. The Organiser’s decision on matters relating to the Contest (including, but not limited to the selection of the Winners) shall be final and absolute. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge by any of the participants in respect of any decision of the Organiser shall be entertained.
7. The Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, representatives, retailers, distributors, dealers as well as its advertising, creative, media, digital, design and other creative agencies of the Organiser, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to loss of opportunities and any indirect or consequential losses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or arising from either participation in this Contest or with any of the Prizes offered or forfeited.
8. The Terms and Conditions of the Contest shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
9. All rights and privileges herein granted to the Organiser are irrevocable and not subjected to rescission, restraint or injunction under any and all circumstances. Under no circumstances shall the participants have the right to injunctive relief or to restrain or otherwise interfere with the organisation of the Contest, the production, distribution, exhibition and/or exploitation of the Contest and/or any product based on and/or derived from the Contest.
10. By participating in this Contest, the participant hereby agreed that the Organiser may collect, obtain, store and process your personal data in accordance with current Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.
11. All personal data collected will only be used for the purposes of managing and operating the Contest and not for any other purposes. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Personal Data Protection (PDP) Notice found at www.zurich.com.my/PDPA. You may also update your consent to collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for marketing purposes and/or choose to opt-out your consent from receiving any marketing material from us through forms which can be downloaded at our website and available at our branches.
12. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
13. These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising the Contest.
14. The main language of the Terms and Conditions shall be the English language. Any translation to any other language than English shall be for convenience only.
15. By virtue of an entry to the Contest, the participants signify their absolute and unconditional acceptance and agreement to all the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein.
16. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellations, terminations or suspensions by the Organiser shall not entitle the participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser, its agents and employees for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the participants as a direct or an indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension thereof.
17. The Organiser shall not be liable for any disruption to the Contest, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. In the event of disruption to the Contest, reasonable efforts shall be used to remedy the disruption and resume the Contest on a fair and equitable basis to the participants.
