User Terms and Conditions for the ‘MyZurichLife Bazaar’ initiative (“Initiative”)
The Initiative connects consumers (“Users”) with micro businesses (“Vendor”) through the Sama-Sama Raya microsite at https://myzurichlife.com.my/Home/RamadanIndex (“Platform”). These are the terms and conditions which govern users of the Initiative in the Platform. By contacting the Vendor(s) through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”).
1.0. General Terms of Use for Users
Consumers and customers of Vendors on the MyZurichLife Bazaar microsite [https://myzurichlife.com.my/Home/RamadanIndex] are hereby termed as (“Users”).
1.2 Zurich gives no warranties or representations, express or implied on merchantability, quality or suitability or fitness for purpose of the Products and shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Users due to the Products.
1.3 Any dispute or queries on the Vendors or Products will have to be made directly to them.
1.4. Zurich shall not be liable for any losses, damages or costs incurred or suffered by any Users using the Initiative. Zurich does not hold responsibility for the Vendors sale of counterfeit goods.
1.5 Users will be able to view the list of Vendors and the Products that they are selling on the Platform. If you wish to make any orders, you are to place the orders directly with the Vendor by contacting using the mobile, telephone number or contact details that they have provided.
1.6 The Products can either be self-collected or delivered to you with a method of delivery decided by the Vendor and yourself. Zurich shall not be liable for the payment arrangement between Users and Vendor.
1.7 Upon placing a Product order with the Vendor, you had acknowledged and consented that your contact number and delivery address will be shared to the Vendor in order for the Vendor to contact you real-time to track your order or settle additional delivery charges, if any. The Vendor may also contact you to clarify on your order or delivery address to ensure completion of a proper trade.
1.8 Your orders may be cancelled or not processed by the Vendor due to high-volume or back-log of orders.
2.0. User’s Arrangement with the Vendor
2.1. Zurich does not own, sell, onsell or resell any Products and does not control the Vendor or any services provided by them. Any Product order placed shall be subjected to the product availability and delivery location serviceability of the Vendors.
2.2. Any Product order placements shall be liaised directly with the Vendor. The Vendors will treat all orders placed with them as confirmed. If you want to cancel your order, you will have to liaise with the Vendor directly.
2.3. For any enquiries, feedback or complaints (i.e. wrong food order, missing order) about the Vendor, you may contact the Vendor directly.
3.0 Zurich reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these terms and conditions without any prior notice at any time.

5.0. By contacting the Vendor(s) on the Platform, the User acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agreed to this terms and conditions.
